Let yourself be tempted by an escapade in Poilley, and discover the jewels of the region: visit the Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dinan... After a day of discovery, return to your pied-à-terre equipped with all the necessary comfort. You will have a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a large garden of 2000 m² with a terrace and a private pool. Sheets and towels provided, all you have to do is put your bags down!

The accommodation:

On the ground floor:
- A bright double living room opening onto the terrace. The living room has a TV corner with a flat screen TV, a coffee table, a corner sofa for three and an armchair; and a fireplace corner with a functional fireplace (wood is not provided), a 3-seater sofa, and an armchair.
- A separate fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery....
- A large dining room.
- Fitted laundry room with washing machine and dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
- Shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with river view, furnished with a douche bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 2 with a view of the river, fitted with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 3 with a view of the river, furnished with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 4 with a view of the garden, furnished with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

The outside :
- Beautiful private swimming pool open from June to September, fenced and not heated, of 25 m².
- Large enclosed garden of 2000 m² with a baby swing, a single swing, a double swing (face to face), and a slide. The perfect place for children!
- Terrace of 50 m², sunny pool until sunset, furnished with a table for 8 guests, barbecue, parasol, and 4 sunbeds.
- A ping-pong table.

You will be at :
- 4 minutes walk from the main street of Ducey where you will find: a pharmacy, a butcher, a bakery, a grocery shop, a restaurant, a bar, two cash machines, two hairdressers, a beauty salon, a tobacconist, the post office and a weekly market on Tuesday mornings.
- 3 minutes drive to Carrefour Market Ducey.
- 9 minutes drive to La Baie Shopping Centre in Saint Martin des Champs (36 shops including Carrefour) and Carrefour petrol station.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
