Villa Glory Grande is picturesquely located on the slope of Biokovo Mountain in a quiet environment and impresses with breathtaking views of the sea, not far from the nearest beaches and the town of Podgora.
This modern designed holiday villa is surrounded by beautiful nature and is located in the immediate vicinity of Biokovo Nature Park, with the glass Skywalk observation platform.
The vacation villa impresses with high-quality equipment and a view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar.
With 280m² of living space, 3 bedrooms and terraces on different levels, it offers sufficient space for a relaxed vacation with family or friends.
Relax on the main terrace with a 32 sqm heated swimming pool and sun loungers while enjoying the view of the Adriatic. An outdoor shower is available. The covered terrace area offers a shady seating area, also ideal for outdoor meals while enjoying the magnificent view.
On the ground floor, you will find the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a seating bar, dining area, and living room. From here, you have access to the pool terrace and an incomparable view of the sea. A bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine, complete the ground floor. The open living room is equipped with a spacious sofa, armchairs, a rocking chair, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace.
On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with queen-size double beds and integrated bathrooms with shower, washbasin, and separate toilet. These rooms also provide access to the terrace and offer magnificent views of the sea and mountains.
The third bedroom on the second floor features an en-suite bathroom and provides access to a balcony as well as the large roof terrace with impressive views of the sea, mountains, and sunsets.
