It is located on a hill, on a spacious and only partially fenced plot and consists of a first floor and attic (roof slope to about 150 cm). Other highlights of this exquisite property are the beautifully landscaped garden with pool, terrace with barbecue, outdoor kitchen, recreation room with pool table, table soccer and dart board and a children's playground.
