En-suite rooms’ process seems designed to make you feel unwelcome:
Filling out waivers beforehand, proof of identity, then you pay, then they demand damage waiver, when you arrive they take photos of the room in case you damage it. No TV, no instructions on accessing Wi-Fi, not advised beforehand that there was no parking in the area. This should not be advertised as a hotel - I won’t be using this company again.
