Haus mit Licht und Schatten

Das Haus wird von der Agentur Cocoon.fr sehr professionell verwaltet, daher war die Kommunikation, Empfang, Sauberkeit und Zustand der Liegenschaft einwandfrei. Dusty, unserem Hund, gefiel das Grundstück sehr gut. Der Garten mit dem alten Baumbestand, den beiden Terrassen und dem Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ganz in Ordnung, leider fehlt ein Stabmixer, um etwas pürieren zu können. Auch ein Licht über der Arbeitsplatte wäre schön, zumal eine Dunstabzugshaube fehlt. Die Heizung funktioniert super, die Temperaturregulierung ist perfekt. Die Internetverbindung war schnell und stabil. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber leider ist es drinnen recht laut. Zunächst ist der Kompressor des Kühlschranks zu erwähnen. Er erzeugt ein lautes Summen, welches das Schlafen im Hauptschlafzimmer neben der Küche sehr erschwert. Ein zusätzliches Summen kommt vom Motor der Lüftungsanlage des Hauses, der sich offensichtlich direkt über diesem Schlafzimmer befindet. Ein weiteres Geräusch kommt von der Heizung und Warmwasserbereitung, wenn die Pumpe zu arbeiten beginnt, bzw. der Brenner der Ölheizung im Untergeschoß anspringt. Sensible Personen werden dort also nicht viel Schlaf finden. Die Möblierung ist ziemlich spärlich und es gibt keine gemütliche Beleuchtung, um an einem bewölkten Herbsttag ein Buch zu lesen und sich im Haus wohl zu fühlen. Kommende Saison ist das Haus teurer, damit stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für einen Herbsturlaub nicht mehr.

La Ruelle Secrète "🙂 Emplacement exceptionnel Au calme dans une toute petite ruelle A proximité à pied du centre du village Le jardin est spacieux et très bien clôturé 🙁 La cuisine manquait un peu de matériel ( planche à découper, sous plat, saladier,...) ou bien certain pourrait être remplacé ( ciseaux de cuisine rouillé, la seule planche à découper gondolait,...) La visite a commencé par la chambre située dans la cave. Nous n'avons heureusement pas dû nous en servir, mais je pense que la description sur le site n'était pas assez complète ou claire, je n avais pas compris qu'elle était isolée du reste de la maison et qu'elle ne communiquait pas avec l'étage."

Week-end prolongé de la Toussaint

Location parfaite au centre de Plurien avec possibilité de rentrer la voiture dans la cour. Quelques petites améliorations à apporter : point lumineux au dessus de l'entrée côté véranda, petite lumière d'appoint dans le salon afin d'avoir une ambiance plus cosy, un écran de tv plus grand ou installer un autre écran côté salle à manger. Sinon location parfaite 👍👍

La Ruelle Secrète Très bien reçu, le logement est propre, manques plusieurs choses dans le logement donc il faut aller acheter dès l’arrivée. Il nous manquait une éponge, il restait un petit peu de papier toilette. De plus, la couette d’un des petits lits était sale , tache urine et mauvaise odeurs. C’est signalé et l’agence doit faire le nettoyage pour les prochains arrivants. Sinon rien à signaler c’est entretenu intérieur et extérieur.

Certaines choses indispensables étaient manquantes, mais la personne en charge du checkout m’a indiquée que cela devrait être résolue rapidement par les propriétaires (poubelles, tapis de salle de bain, torchons de cuisine, …) Check in rapide, checkout un peu long. Pour un pied à terre, je recommande."
