A tourist furnished, 5 stars, classified by the Ministry of Tourism, for your exclusive use as a temporary tenant. The villa is designed to accommodate 6 to 8 people and your visitors. Of traditional aspect for its facade of granite stones, it is resolutely modern by its equipments. Its indoor pool is heated, equipped with swimming countercurrent, an aqua bike. South-facing, it is a farmhouse in the heart of the hamlet of Saint-Nicolas-des-Eaux. The view overlooks the site of Castennec and the garden of 3000m ÂČ raised and flowered, closed, privatized, equipped with furniture, spaces arranged bowling games, palets, badminton. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed. The beds are made for your arrival, towels included. The mattresses and pillows are protected by mattresses and removable covers Two pillows per person, a duvet per bed and a blanket.
Communication equipment: internet, TV Canalsat, landline telephone, Hi-Fi.
Kitchen and household equipment: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster, steamer, beaters, crockery, utensils. Magnifique maison trÚs bien située pour rayonner en Bretagne. Le jardin est trÚs grand et regorge de pommiers, la piscine à 28 degrés est parfaite pour se délasser aprÚs une bonne balade.Accueil trÚs chaleureux de Daniel, la maison est trÚs bien équipée et décorée avec soin et la literie excellente !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous le recommandons chaudement

Nous avons passé le réveillon de la nouvelle année dans la maison de Mr & Mme le Ficher. Un excellent moment qui a permis passé au sein de la maison. la maison dispose de plusieurs chambres et couchage, tout était propre et bien rangé, nous nous somme senti trÚs bien accueilli. La maison est bien équipé au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine, et permet de bien faire à manger pour un petit groupe. La véranda et la piscine sont un vrai plus dans cette maison ! Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans la maison de Jeanne. Tout est prévu pour se sentir comme chez soi, rien ne maque. Les propriétaires nous ont apporté toutes les informations au moment de la réservation ainsi que pendant le séjour. La maison est agréable, située dans quartier trÚs calme et proche des axes routiers afin de visiter les alentours. La piscine est un vrai plus malgrés le froid extérieur que nous avons eu en ce début mars.

Ces quelques jours passĂ©s dans cette charmante maison, au calme, nous ont permis de faire une parenthĂšse agrĂ©able pour nous ressourcer en changeant un peu d’air. La propriĂ©tĂ© est belle, bien entretenue et ne manque de rien. La piscine a Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©e. AprĂšs un moment de stupeur en dĂ©couvrant «aucun rĂ©seau » sur les tĂ©lĂ©phones, la gente masculine a Ă©tĂ© rassurĂ©e par l’existence de la connexion internet 😅 Cette location est sans nulle doute encore plus agrĂ©able au printemps/Ă©tĂ© avec les nombreuses balades alentours. Explications claires permettant un accĂšs autonome Ă  la maison. Maison Ă  l’intĂ©rieur moderne bien rĂ©novĂ©, grande piscine chauffĂ©e, trĂšs agrĂ©able en octobre. Vacances ressourçantes

NichĂ©e dans un joli petit village au bord du Blavet, cette maison bretonne traditionnelle, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et dotĂ©e d’une piscine intĂ©rieure aux dimensions plus que satisfaisantes, a fait la joie de toute notre famille. A l’intĂ©rieur, aucun Ă©quipement ne manque, Ă  l’extĂ©rieur un grand terrain avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se dĂ©tendre. Aux alentours, beaucoup d’endroits Ă  dĂ©couvrir, qu’il s’agisse de se rendre vers le golf du Morbihan ou la forĂȘt de Broceliandre, les voies rapides sont facilement accessibles de la maison sans en avoir les nuisances. Quant au village, typique calme et charmant , on y trouve une crĂȘperie dĂ©licieuse, des habitants chaleureux, une Ă©cluse, le Blavet et ses chemins de halages, une chapelle et sa jolie fontaine classĂ©e. Bref, trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, Ă  conseiller sans rĂ©serve.
