"Balades au bord de l'eau", 3-room terraced house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels. 1 room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wohlfühl-Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Haus war sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Urlaub notwendig ist. Der nahegelegene und meist leere Sand-Kiesel-Stein-Strand ist nur wenige Schritte (über die Küstenstraße) entfernt und bei Ebbe findet man schöne Stellen zum Baden.

Geräumig, hell, freundlich, schöne Lage

Auf der Terrasse sitzend ist das Meer nicht zu sehen, Mauer und Hecke sind zu hoch, vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf Meer, Sonnenuntergang, Leuchttürme. Der Balkon bietet auch Blick auf die Müllcontainer an der Küstenstraße. Der Steinboden im Haus ist recht kalt (Socken, Hausschuhe). Der Strand ist bei Flut Kies/Stein und bei Ebbe Sand mit Tümpeln (Fische, Garnelen, Krebse, Anemonen) Der Hausteil ist die windzugewandte Seite, windstiller (+Meerblick) sind die anderen Objekte.

Accès à deux pas de la mer

Bien agréable d'être face à la mer et si près pour y accéder rien à dire sur la location qui est top pourtant deux points négatifs les bennes à ordures, verres etc face à la location qui réveillent tôt le matin à cause des bris de verre et invasion de mouches dans la location. Et parking face à la location où des camions et campings cars nous ont gâché la vue tous les jours. Sinon propriétaires très accueillant et sympas. Je recommande quand même cette location bien agréable 😊

Die drei Objekte PZV100–103 be...

Die drei Objekte PZV100–103 befinden sich in einem Reihenhausobjekt. Uns hat PZV100 am besten gefallen, da es im 1. Stock einen Balkon Richtung Westen gibt, der einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Atlantik erlaubte, besonders bei Sonnenuntergängen und nachts (Leuchttürme!) ein Genuss! Dies wog die direkt an PZV100 vorbeiführende, jedoch durch eine Mauer abgetrennte schmale Uferstraße mehr als auf. Schöner Meerblick auch vom Erdgeschoss und der Terrasse, näher am Atlantik geht nicht! Das Objekt ist nett in weißblauen Tönen eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und hat schöne Außenanlagen. Ein kleiner Nachteil sind die schlechten Heizmöglichkeiten, kleine Elektroöfen heizen die Wohnung im EG mit kaltem Steinboden nicht ausreichend auf; in Verbindung mit der Strandnähegeschuldeter hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit kann es in kühlen Mainächten etwas ungemütlich werden. Tipp: dicke Socken und Pullover mitnehmen! Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar "Werkzeug" zum Verzehr von Meeresfrüchten ist vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe auch bei später Ankunft und problemlose Abreiseprozedur. Reisetipps: Für Meer– und Strandfans bestens geeignet. Der direkt vor dem Objekt befindliche, sehr saubere Strand ist über einen Kiesdeich zugänglich und "wild", d. h. kein überwachter Badestrand. Er ermöglicht dennoch Baden, außerdem Sonnen, Strandspaziergänge und "pêche à pied" (Jagd auf Meeresfrüchte) in den bei Ebbe freiligenden Felsen. Ein Küstenwanderweg führt unmittelbar am Objekt vorbei. Das Objekt ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins nördliche und südliche Finistère sowie für Bootsausflüge auf die Île de Sein und die Îles de Glenan. Uns gefielen die Städte Quimper, Audierne, Camaret–sur–Mer, Guilvinec (Fischereihafen!) und Concarneau sehr gut. Landschaftliche Höhepunkte gab es am Point Pen Hir, Pointe du Raz (Aussichtspunkte), Plage de la Torch (Traumstrand bei Plomeur), Audierne (Flussmündung) und Pont–Croix (Flusslauf). Kulinarisch können wir wärmstens empfehlen die Crêperie Penn Ar Bed in bester Strandlage in Plovan, das Restaurant Breiz Armor in Pouldreuzic (beides keine 5 Autominuten vom Objekt), das Restaurant du Styfel in Camaret–sur–Mer und die frisch gefangenen und gegen 18:30 in der Poissonerie in Audierne verkauften Langoustines.

Die Miete dieses Objektes ist mittlerweile eine schöne Tradition, die wir jedes Jahr wiederholen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, penibel sauber, die Umgebung bietet absolute Entspannung, die Vermieter sind besonders herzlich. Reisetipps: Das gesamte Departement Finistère ist es wert, besucht zu werden.
