The good stuff:Location and apartment itself is terrific.The bad:1. Instructions to lockbox could have been clearer. You have to bend down and look toward the back of the mailbox to find the lockbox. No tips to help with this.2. Lockbox code given did not work - after trading loads of texts w host he finally got the correct number - third number finally worked. Very stressful to arrive and not be able to get in.3. Secure check in is inconvenient- u can only access the check-in and instructions for check in from one device. If you did it on your laptop like I did you are screwed when you are not near wifi or a place where you can open your laptop.4. Not a king size bed-more like a full size5. Although two beds were advertised no linen was provided for the sofa bed. Host blames me for not letting him know we’d be using both beds. He just assumed two people meant a couple, which we were not. We would have made do with the ‘king’ bed but alas that was false advertisement.6. Shower head was busted and was unusable. Host says he can’t fix until we leave so we had to use the handheld. They should have fixed BEFORE guests arrive.7. No instructions on how to use any appliances. No tips on local events etc.8. Kitchen was sparse on staples. No microwave. No oven mitt to get hot items out of oven.9. Washing machine cord was unplugged and did not reach outlet. A guy came to pull cord from under the machine.Conclusion: apartment has potential. Very poor management.
