This charming and spacious 9 bedrooms family house located 5 mins from beaches has been renovated in the ancient presbytery of the village. It has been decorated with taste and is fully equipped for long stays.
You will love its very large garden where a cute ancient Pigeon house sits in the middle, between apple and kiwi trees.
The closest beach is the mythic Pointe de la Torche surf spot - 5mins
At the ground floor: a large entrance, a vast and cozy dining/living area opened to a spacious kitchen.
At the first floor: 5 bedrooms (11 single beds), 1 large TV room with convertible couches and 3 bathrooms (1 bathtub + 2 showers).
At the second floor: 3 bedrooms (6 single beds) with an extra fussball room
The ground floor annexe ( bedroom no. 9) is an independent ( but can communicate) apartment consisting of an open kitchen / living room, a large bedroom with en-suite shower and WC.
Your reservation will not include the following services that you can add afterwards:
- heating: 50€ / day
