Chalet 'proche dinard et plages'

Small 19 m² chalet located on our family property. You will enjoy a private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, TV, a convertible sofa bed for two, a coffee table, and a foldable dining table. The bedroom has a 140×200 cm bed, and the bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Access to the chalet is through our property and terrace; there is no completely independent entrance, but the setting is quiet and friendly, with everyone’s privacy respected.



A large supermarket with laundry facilities is 200 m away.



The town center is 300 m away, offering banks, a butcher, bakeries, and other shops. The greenway, 200 m away, is perfect for cycling or walking towards Dinard and Dinan.

Location propre en apparence mais qq de détails à revoir, plat de cuisson (pyrex) sale, tasses et couverts moyens. Un nettoyage du salon de jardin aurait été bien, aussi, surtout en été.En voyant les photos de l'annonce, nous avions compris qu'il y avait un jardin, mais en fait, c'est celui des propriétaires, il n'y a pas d'intimité. De plus, je trouve ça dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d'entrée indépendante et qu'on doive passer tout autour de la maison et sur la terrasse. Sinon bon acceuil, et environnement calme, commerces à proximité.
