In the commune of Plédéliac, we offer you this charming 132 m² house with indoor pool and sauna, 20 minutes from the sea, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers (ideal for 4 adults and 2 children). It features an attractive 50 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,500 m² garden and terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- An indoor swimming pool (private, heated all year round) of 7m / 3.5 m with small garden furniture, shower and WC.
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofa, billiard table and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), a TV, an en-suite shower room, shower and WC.
- Bedroom 2: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), a TV, an en-suite shower room and WC.
- A sleeping area between the two bedrooms with a pull-out sofa bed.

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of about 1,500 m² facing north with goal boxes and ball.
- A terrace of about 100 m², facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Plédéliac, in a very pleasant and quiet environment with a few houses on the south side and a breathtaking view over the fields on the north side. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as from the shops, restaurants, bars and markets in the surrounding towns...

Activities :
- Some visits in Plédéliac: the farm of Antan, the castle of Hunaudaye.
- 15km: Lamballe and its Mathurin Méheut museum, the Haras de Lamballe.
- 20km from Dinan, a city of character with its castle.
- 25km from the beaches: Erquy, Pléneuf, Val André, Saint Cast le Gildo.
- 60km from Cancale, Dinard, Saint Malo.
- You can also join the GR 34 which runs along the Breton coast as well as practise various nautical activities.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking outside the house, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles, with charging stations for electric vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe train station located about 10 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located about 1 hour away by car.
