What an amazing experience! Reef 28 gave exceptional 5 star services. The food was out of this world! The hotel was gorgeous and always clean. The rooftop bar and restaurants were fabulous. Reef 28 was an amazing place to stay at, food was amazing & the staff went out of their way to take care of you. There was an option to go to their sister hotels and enjoy the same services we had at our hotel for a very affordable price which was awesome. Breakfast was great and the rooftop pool was amazing. Calle 5 or 5th street was 2 minutes away and there was so much to do on that street and it was never ending also the public beach was behind the hotel for a short walk as well. It was great as it was adults only and very economical so if you get a chance to go I recommend this hotel.

Great location! Only 2 blocks from beach and 1 block from the famous 5th Avenue where all the restaurants and shops are! Every morning we walked to get coffee and every evening we walked to have dinner. We were able to walk everywhere! All the staff was wonderful! The roof top pool and bar area is nice! Food was great! View is amazing! My only complaints were that the bubbles were kind of annoying, one of the umbrellas was blown over on me by wind and it hurt my arm and if you don’t get there early you will not get a seat.

We unfortunately had to cancel our original hotel due to no water available - so we were so glad to book with The Reef last minute! The hotel was very bougie! Staff was kind, our room was clean, and had a nice little balcony. Rooftop bar, cold pool and hot tub area was very large and bougie! Evenings were loud and bumpin! But mornings were a great time for us to relax, sunbathe and enjoy reading a book. My only complaint during our stay was that we paid for our breakfast buffet included with our stay, we ate breakfast and was unclear on directions of dining so after we ate, we left a tip and left. But got yelled after to come back by 3 people because we did not pay. It was very embarrassing. But overall, was a very nice place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful resort. Rooftop pools, vibe and view were the best!! Very easy, safe, quick, walk to the beach. Walking around the area was safe. 5th Ave on a Saturday night was safe and fun!

Great location, great rooms, bright clean, service was kinda slow, incident occurred with the all inclusive package where they demanded we pay for some drinks that were made without telling us beforehand… so watch out!!

The resort was so beautiful and majority of the staff were very kind to my husband and I. The restaurants inside the resort were fantastic and convenient. My only complaint about our room is that it smelled of mildew at all times. We left our balcony doors open everyday because the smell was so strong. Though I don’t mind noise, the noise and club music outside of the hotel never stops since it’s downtown and close to the beach. Music plays until around 4am. I also felt frustrated with the amount of scammers and aggressive pop up shops lined along the street. You’re hassled for business as soon as you step out of resort. Overall, it was a good stay and experience in the hotel.

Reef 28 resort is located close to many amenities: the beach, Quinta Avenida, bars and restaurants shops etc. the staff is friendly everybody cares about guest. Great ambiance - The roof top is one of a kind - the food and drinks is all 5 stars quality. A gem in playa and the Mexican Riviera.

2nd time there. Beautiful stay even better than our 1st time a year ago. I wouid say the food and service is much better and the roof top pool and bar no longer seem like a dance club which is much more tasteful. Food was outstanding and cocktails and coffee were amazing.
