There is included a free private ride from the airport in Cancun to the resort.
My platinum membership will apply to all guests. Which includes free shuttle rides to anywhere on the resort. Platinum concierge to help with all requests including scheduling the shuttle , dining reservations, ticketing to Jungala the water park for each guest, and two free massages
