Nice apartment, very clean through the building. Great towel set up and an easy walk to the main commercial (tourist) streetJust 2 small notes of caution1. If you need to park, the app isn't very English friendly2. It is close to some nightclubs so there is going to be some music and revelers but it is manageable

I liked it. Great location. Oxxo is nearby, the big dance clubs are a block away. You could hear them at night but I'm not a sensitive sleeper and didn't have a problem with it. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue, but not for most.The location is great! Half block from 5thAve. A block off the beach. Scuba place across the street.Roof has 2 pools and a hot tub. Great view of the ocean. There's a bar there from something like noon to 8pm. The roof was a big plus for me. Great place to spend a day.Property manager very responsive.Bed was firm but good. Good pillows and linens.Didnt use the wifi.Place felt safe. Entry and exit requires a thumb print. Someone at the front all the time. I was impressed.The place is cozy. It has a 2 burner induction stove top (no stove) full fridge, toaster, basic coffee maker and a microwave. Its not the kind of place you will make a 5 course meal.No view from the windows. That's the biggest con. Someone reviewed that the kitchen didnt have much for utensils, etc. Wasn't a problem when i was there.For the price point, i was quite happy.

Condo was not well appointed. Was not so much as a paper towel or wash cloth. Poor water pressure but that seems to be the standard for this area. The club noise seemed to get worse every night of our stay.

Condo was very clean and great location. Very close to shopping, restaurants and beach. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful and the rooftop pool has great views. Also two jacuzzis in addition to the pool and one was actually hot, which is very rare in Mexico. We would definitely stay here again.

Toute est parfait: la chambre, la cuisine, la piscine sur le top et le service de la dame au bar. De plus tout est proche Depanneur, pharmacie,Walmart a 10 min , la plage 5 min de marche. Je suis venu avec une amie . Mes la prochaine fois ça va être en famille. Seul chose il faudrais plus de place assise et de parasols sur le top. 9/10
