First time in Playa and excited to stay in Villa as advertised ONLY to find several Roaches running about, terrible urine smell in one of the downstairs bathroom. Load noise in bedroom ceiling fan downstairs, hole behind toilet downstairs, closet pole fell when clothes were hung on it in one bedroom downstairs, No towels, some stove burners not working, Freezing cold in main area and remote not working to adjust temperature. Had to adjust shower faucet to FIND just the right spot to get hot water. Never brought wash towels, pool has missing tiles around and bottom floor of pool’s shallow area which is very dangerous due to sharp edges. Maintenance was informed about it but never got fixed. Hand rail leading to second level were loose, hand rail on third level completely fell off. Over all cleanliness was Not acceptable because it did not feel, smell, nor appeared CLEAN. Could not even watch TV because we never could get regular shoes on it. So no TV. Danny was notified about all these issues and responded promptly but we had to deal with maintenance trying to address all these issues while we were trying to enjoy our first time Family vacation. Beware because if you think you are going to a nice luxury Villa you Will be disappointed. Roof top area did not have rails which I found to be extremely dangerous. Also website pictures are not exactly what it really is. Just please beware if you are booking because of the pictures.
