Great family retreat in Playa del Carmen

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was easy to find, and it looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean and in order. We had a few things missing like sheets for the sofa beds, cups for coffee or tea (we were 5 adults and 2 girls, we only had 3 cups), the jacuzzi wasn't working. Besides those details, we really enjoyed our stay, especially all of the amenities available around. The beach was great, the restaurants and bars were really good. I would recommend it to families with children.

A few glitches that were attended to by the wonderful staff and would not in any way deter us in returning. Really great on a magnificent property.
