Located in Playacar Phase 2, the best condominium in Playa del Carmen, safe thanks to its 4 entrances with 24 hour security, quiet and surrounded by greenery, away from city traffic just 600 meters. from the nightlife of the famous 5th Avenida. Beautiful private room, located on the first floor. It has a king size bed, balcony, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, cable TV, swimming pool, WiFi and free parking. Garden view. Check in is allowed from 14:00 to 22:00. We have no reception so please contact the host to schedule key collection. In case of check in after 22:00, a surcharge of USD 20.00 will be applied. Located about 600 meters from the famous 5th Avenue. A few meters from bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. Just 600 meters from the beach of Playacar. Guests can use Beach Club Reef services (subject to availability)
