Summary:
Cozy and family-friendly vacation home with terrace and large garden, only 100m from Lake Plau.

The Space:
Spend beautiful and relaxing days with your family in our vacation home. In addition to the large living room, it has three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and two fully equipped bathrooms. You can enjoy the view of Lake Plau from the spacious garden.

The spacious living/dining area has a comfortable couch and a large flat-screen TV. The large dining table and the modern, fully equipped kitchen are also in the same room. From here you can also access the large terrace and then the garden.

In the three bedrooms of the vacation accommodation you will find a restful, well-deserved sleep after a long day's vacation.

There is a bathtub in one of the bathrooms and a shower in the other.

The Neighborhood:
The small vacation complex with 11 houses was built in 2014 in a quiet side street and shares a private beach on the lakeshore, consisting of a sandy beach and sunbathing lawn, which is just a few steps away. Directly opposite the vacation home is a well-maintained petting zoo. A fenced parking space is located directly on the property. Further communal parking spaces are located next to the house.

Getting Around:
Lake Plau and the surrounding waters are a varied challenge for anglers with their great diversity of species. Fishing permits and, if necessary, a tourist fishing license can be easily obtained on site. A tour around Lake Plau is a good idea. The partly well-developed and partly natural hiking and cycling trail is approx. 59 km long. A circumnavigation does not have to be exhausting, as cozy hotels and restaurants invite you to linger. You can also use the Plauer Rundbus for an excursion.
