A striking structure on Tavronitis close to Chania town, this self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Cretan summerhouse. With an outdoor private 50sqm infinity pool (can be heated with extra fee) with hydromassage features, this is a spectacular 250m2 villa, that can host up to 10 guests to unwind, just a few steps away from the Sea. The unique home is also wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp, access to the Ground Floor pool & living - cum area, with a specially designed wheelchair friendly bedroom and bathroom also.

*The villa is part of a Melia Luxury Villas complex, it is the 2nd in Line ( one other villa is located just in front and another one behind) where two more villas are located, each with their own pool and facilities. The villa is just a few steps away from the sea.

This captivating home is embellished with a private 50m2 swimming pool (can be Heated with extra fee) with hydromassage features, enriched with a lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The property lays in 200sqm outdoor area with spectacular surroundings. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living just a few steps away from the sea. A wheelchair ramp is also available making the entire ground level of this home wheelchair accessible.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two separate floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 45’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite bathroom and one more shared bathroom (wheelchair accessible), allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. On the lower lever lay two more spacious bedrooms and another shared bathroom. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, in its 5 spacious bedrooms, with 3 spacious bathrooms. All bedrooms feature premium mattresses and linen, hypoallergenic Coco-mat. The Ground floor of the villa is wheelchair accessible.

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 60€/day
-Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Chania is an town that inspires the imagination and engages the senses. The spectacular sea front villa is located in Tavronitis area, in Chania. The villa is located directly in front of the sea. Just within a few minutes walking distance you may find a wonderful cafe and also shops and restaurants. Many sandy beaches are close to the villa, like Platanias where you can cherish long summer days by the sea. It is only 20 minutes driving distance from the lively town of Chania and around 30 minuted driving distance from the famous Falasarna Beach.
