The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 50 m² house in Plancoët which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 150 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A lovely 150 m² enclosed garden, facing south-east
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

Mignon et fonctionnel

Les plus :- tout ce qu’il faut là où il faut (marche-pied pour les enfants dans la salle de bain, jeux pour enfants ou grands, feutres, TV, WIFI fibre…)- livret d’accueil incroyable (devrait être plus mis en avant, on l’a trouvé par hasard)- cheminée fonctionne bien (mais voir « les moins », c’est en option payante apparemment, même si j’avais apporté allume-feu, petit-bois, bûches et ai tout nettoyé…) prévoir environ 30’ de nettoyage.- cuisine super équipée- maison mignonne et jardinet agréable (sûrement plus en juillet qu’en février !)Les moins- je veux bien payer 1 de plus pour avoir 2 rouleaux de papier toilette en avance pour éviter d’avoir à y penser- cheminée devrait être incluse dans la maison et pas en option avec un tarif pas affiché (c’est vrai que c’est du boulot de tout nettoyer et le bois ça coûte)- 75 pour le ménage alors qu’on ne reste que 2 nuits (41h -pas 48h- de 17h le mercredi à 10h le vendredi)- procédure d’arrivée : attente 20’ après le rdv prévu pour avoir des nouvelles de la personne censée nous accueillir, finalement c’était une boîte à clefs et il faisait beau pour patienter au soleil !- manque peut-être une base de sel/huile/sopalin sinon penser à en prendre !- escalier un peu dangereux depuis le palier du premier étage notamment la nuit pour les enfants…- limiteur de pression sur la douche du premier étage peut-être un peu trop.

Goed geoutilleerd ruim huis, veel privacy. Jammer dat er geen wifi is (zoals aangekondigd) en douche mag wat steviger.
