Very quiet area; hiking trails starting from the house. The beaches of Port-Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime are 10 minutes away by car and Saint-Tropez is 30 minutes away.

- 8x4 swimming pool in use from April to October (can be heated depending on outside temperature)
- Large 20 m² covered terrace
- 50 m² living/dining room with cathedral ceiling and fully equipped open-plan kitchen
