Dear Hotel Management,
I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted with silence from the front desk staff, which set a poor tone for the rest of our stay.
The room we were assigned, 323, had a persistent noise in the ceiling that made it impossible to sleep. We suspect it may have been related to the leak in the hallway, which we noticed was causing water to collect in the garbage can outside our room.
To make matters worse, we experienced significant travel delays the previous day and were exhausted. Given the circumstances, I expect a certain level of comfort and accommodation, especially at a hotel charging over $300 per night.
Our scheduled shuttle was a disaster, with no sign of the driver at the appointed time and no updates from the front desk. The offer to call a cab was made, but we received no follow-up, and the shuttle ultimately arrived late, causing us to rush to catch our flight.
I hope you understand our frustration and will take steps to address these issues, including improving staff training and maintenance protocols. I would appreciate a response by email regarding the actions you will take to prevent similar experiences in the future.
