The room was clean and lovely. First night stay, exceptional. Went down to breakfast at 8:15ām the following morning and the whole dining area was dark and no food, juice, or coffee. We were running late for an appointment. Went to IHOP and spent nearly $100 on similar food. The front desk staff said their dining room people didn’t show up to make breakfast so there was no breakfast. The following night, people next door were loudly fighting. I informed night staff. Nothing. The loud people finally quit at 3:30am. Lovely clean facility but poor customer service. We did experience a nice breakfast right before we left. Management never did fix concerns or problems or make us feel like we want to go back. When you go out of your way to book somenplace with a decent breakfast then end up being out more money? Thanks but no thanks.

Breakfast menu included several hot dishes each day, but they were heavy on meat. Fantastic coffee bar. We did not use the in-room kitchen for meal preparation. It seemed reasonably equipped but could use more glasses and silverware.
