Stay at Palm Island Resort, located on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast, is the state’s only true-out island resort. No bridges or causeways to the island exsist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting. The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island. Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.

Great location and quiet beach retreat
Overall the staff here was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The unit itself was clean and had most things we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens provided were good quality. The view was beautiful. The golf cart was fun and a great way to get around. In the unit I would recommend adding dish washing soap. Also the fan on the patio didn't work so was very hot to sit on the patio. I would recommend replacing the fan. Screened in patio was a necessity since there were tons of mosquitos. Would recommend the resort and villa's look into possible spraying of these insects as we got bit multiple times when out in the evening. Overall enjoyed our stay and will be back.
