Located at Palm Island Resort on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting.
The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.

St. Louis Mom & Daughters get-a-way

This property is beautifully rehabbed with a brand new kitchen, modern bathrooms, gleaming hardwood floors, lovely furniture and two spacious bedrooms with king beds in each one. I have stayed at Palm Island six times, and this unit is clearly the best! It is amazing! Wish I could buy it!!

Pros & cons of our stay

Location was lovely but property is very sprawled out & golf cart rental is necessary. For the price paid I think it should have been included. The snack bar “Coconuts offered a qt. Of milk and gummies for provisions. They did make breakfast sandwiches comparable to what you would get in McDonalds. Nothing healthy, not even an apple or a banana! The fitness center was locked & inaccessible to non owners. The unit itself was lovely but not very well stocked. Tissue box had 4 tissues in it. Master bath shower rod was falling down & guest bathroom water did not drain in the tub. One of the guest bathroom sinks had little pressure. We were told mixed instructions about the New Years Eve party, not knowing which was correct. The food in the dining room was very good & service people were all very helpful. All in all, it’s a long stretch from a 4 star resort,
