We had a lovely extended family weekend here. The staff was outstanding, every staff member was helpful, friendly and courteous. The large room in back of the lobby was especially helpful for our large group to hang out in and be comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub despite it being so cold out. The hotel is well maintained. The only small complaint I had was that the bathroom in our room needs to be refreshed. We have already started talking about coming back in the warmer weather to enjoy some of the outdoor activities in in the area.

What a great find! Fantastic accommodations with great customer service. My kids asked if they could take the pull out couch home with them it was so comfy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff graciously allowed us a late checkout and the maintenance and grounds crew was impressive. They kept the parking lot clear through a 2 ft snow storm.

I booked a room for my son and his kids for one night. The door to the hotel room was open when they arrived. The sheets on the pull out were stained and had hair on them. The bedroom TV remote and the living room TV guide did not work. The atrium coffee machine was out of order. The game room dollar changer was out of order (three kids were disappointed). A day after my son checked out, I spoke to the front desk and an agent told me the resort manager would call me. The manager left a message apologizing and said she would reach out to Expedia for a refund for me. I waited a week and then reached out to Expedia myself. I was refunded everything but tax and resort fee which, to the hotel's and Expedia's credit, was the right outcome.

I will begin by saying that we were staying one night before skiing the next day. This place looked perfect online, but the reality was very different. Initial check-in was ok. Parking was full out front so had to park in a back lot that was poorly lit & was not fully cleared of snow. Made it to our room and it had a weird smell, did not initially feel clean. Hair in the bathroom, carpet was gross, & bed topper did not appear clean. I went to use the bathroom after arriving & the heavy wooden toilet seat fell completely off the toilet. Then as we could hear kids running up & down the hall outside our room, we received a call from the front desk for a noise complaint? Literally in the room for less than 5 minutes. Lastly we headed for the hot to hopefully sneak in for a quick soak. There were no pool towels to be found other than a heap of dirty ones that looked accumulated over the entire weekend. We were able to grab two small gym towels per person for the 3 of us. The pool & hot tub were over run with kids running back & forth with little supervision/direction while other adults sat in the hot tub watching tv on their phones for close to an hour. We waited our turn & were able to get some seats for about 15 mins before the facilities closed. All in all, I would quantify this place as an old, poorly run, over priced, & over advertised for what they delivered. Definitely would not recommend & will not be back.
