Took the front desk lady over 10 mins to come out of her office to check me in. Reeked of pot. I booked an accessible room and did not get that. In addition, the ice maker didn't work and two of the three ceiling lights didn't work. I asked for a refund for the next night, as I wasn't going to stay and was unable to get the refund. Such a bummer. I always choose MY PLACE when I go out of town. This time it was a huge disappointment.

Parking was easy anc secure. Great location for Beaver valley activities. Staff werefriendly. We had a kitchenette but no ammenities... flatware or dishes or glasses... sone were availabke from the front desk. Overall good value and good fresh coffee in the lobby.

This was a basic hotel. Many trucks in the parking lot. Many workers. Except for for someone talking on get phone in hallway in Spanish for quite a while, it was not really noisy when the fan was on full.

We arrived around 9:30 p.m. from Detroit, MI on Tuesday, September 16th for the funeral of a family member. We were born at in Aliquippa and spent MANY holidays and Summers there. I think a sign on Broadhead Road would been beneficial for finding the hotel or the sign of the hotel taller. The associate at the check -in desk was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the accessible room that we were assigned (212) had not been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk and was given room 313, which was not a accessible room. The shower and hopefully, the toilet would have been easier to navigate with our medical restraints, if we had an accessible room. HOWEVER we were very grateful that we didn't have to find another hotel at that late hour because the parking lot was full. The front desk associate apologized for room 212 not being cleaned.

Hotel was clean. Hated didn't offer breakfast and hotel sits up a hill and doesn't offer a lot of parking for bigger vehicles or trailers. Staff didn't go out of way to be real personable. Beds were ok in comfort. Did find a flashlight under bed at the end so don't know how well staff looks cleaning lol. Liked the kitchen etc but no dishes or pots and pans to do anything with it.
