The utter disdain I felt from the staff at this hotel. The price to stay was incredibly high and I was treated very rudely by the employees. Stayed on hold for half an hour for room service before I hung up out of frustration and went to the restaraunt to order take out, were again I was treated with disrespect. Never written a bad review before and hope to never do it again. Won't be back here.

Nice hotel & location

Excellent location, clean, staff was accommodating. It is right downtown. I see other comments about people who are homeless nearby and that is accurate, which is true for any downtown area in any large city. If that is a concern for your stay, a downtown area is probably not the right place. The hotel was safe, with appropriate city security measures and my family never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in the area. It was beautiful and we will stay in the area again.

Our suite was very nice. No complaints there. But the elevators are slow. Might help if they had more than two elevators working at a time. Valet after checkout was also painfully slow. We waited almost 30 minutes to get our car and I had requested it while we were still in our room.

I did not get the room I booked. I booked a room with a king bed. When I asked why I didn't get a room with a king bed I was told Expedia changed my reservation. I contacted Expedia and was told that they did not and could not change anything once it was booked without my consent. I went back to the desk to be told by a different person I was given an upgrade because they didn't have any king size beds available. My reservation was made in December 2024 for August 2025. The room was not what I wanted or booked. Nor was I told that they gave my room away. I am confused how a room with two double beds and a walk in shower is an upgrade. However, the breakfast was really good.
