I requested a waiver on the non-refundable part of my reservation. My friend's daughter's wedding was called off so I did not need the room. I have traveled all over the northeast US on business and a waiver like this is not out of line. Way to go you have all of my money for no service and I now will be more careful in the future when looking at options in your hotel chain.

We actually loved the hotel property and rooms. Great views and very nice, spacious setup. The surrounding area is a little spotty, particularly where there are main bus stops, but some pretty parts of downtown are right there as well and very nice. Very easy to get around town and to local amenities, and surprisingly easy traffic patterns versus what we expected. Great place to stay for a short visit.

Easily accessible with nice perks

Stayed for the St.Patrick’s Day parade. Everything was walkable. Parking was expensive but so worth the valet. We parked and didn’t move the whole weekend. Evening drink/ snack service was nice but the snacks were gone within 30 minutes. Room was huge! Would stay again.

Fantastic stay. Great location, great staff!

Fantastic 3 night stay. Large spacious room and bathroom and both very clean. There was a kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, room safe, lounge and desk. Also 2 Guest laundries. Reception is on the 25th floor as is the restaurant and bar which offer stunning views over the city and the Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball Stadium. It's an excellent Central location with an easy walk to everything. A cooked to order Breakfast is included. Very comfortable bed and pillows, very quiet and a great sleep. The shower has great hot water and water pressure. Only about 10 minutes easy walk to the Amtrak Station, Pirates Baseball Stadium. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas, with a special shout out to Julie in the bar and lunch time guy (didn't get his name). Fantastic stay and would definitely be my first choice again!

We are Pittsburgher’s who were on a staycation. The hotel location is great and the views were super fun for our kids. The room was nice and spacious but old and outdated. We had trouble finding staff persons and the pool was frigid.

We enjoyed the historic beauty and the skyline views of Pittsburgh. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy! It was close to the The Pittsburgh Playhouse, where we came to see a show, so it was the perfect place to stay. The breakfast was great too. If we need to come back, we will definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful views, close to shows, and very clean.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. We had a little difficulty ar first because our cards wouldnt work, but it was taken care of quickly. We ate in the hotel restaurant Ollies and it was very good. I loved the brisket sandwich . The waiter Allen was very nice . Breakfast in the morning had a very large spread with omelets made to order . The views of the city was amazing, and it was a short walk to our venue for the concert we were atrending.

Great View of the city from room. Pool and breakfast on the top 25th floor with great views also. Brisket sandwich was delicious.

Breakfast was very good, friendly and courteous staff. Parking is bad, no parking whatsoever, you have to pay $45 for valet parking.

Hotel was very clean, staff went above and beyond for the guests. Rooms were clean, modern, had amazing views and were very comfortable. Restaurant in hotel was delicious and free breakfast was delicious!

The staff were absolutely disrespectful and combative. I had some issues with my reservation in the concierge was completely dismissive and frankly unwilling to help the situation. I was told to remove myself from the lobby go downstairs and fix the reservation myself online with my phone, which ended up triple booking a suite somehow through their website, which all went on my credit card then I proceeded to call was transferred to their corporate line and was offered no remedy For the price of a one night stay for them to be that rude I was given the impression that they did not need my money yet they took it As far as I’m concerned, the Hilton organization has enough money and will no longer receive any from myself or any family or friends So while I’m dealing with this issue, there is a parade of people walking through this uncomfortable situation in swimsuits and flotation devices coming from their pool area, which empties out right into their lobby that makes total sense $178 to be aggravated and made anxious and dismissed. Thank you but no thank you enjoy the $$178. It will be the last you get from me.
