Nice stay but cold shower

We got the deluxe suite which was everything it said it was. I only gave the comfort part 4 stars though due to when I took a shower at 10am, the water was a little less than luke warm, basically it was like taking a cold shower! I even ran the water all the way to hot for close to 5 minutes....it never was even warm.

Hotel is understaffed . Staff was friendly and courteous. But it took three hours to get a roll of toulet paper, individual that came up to make up the pull out couch had no clue what he was doing and to get out car from valet we had to wait 30 minutes. For what we paid the service was not up to par. Rooms were adequate but nothing spectacular.

Hi- I stayed in Embassy Suits on July 19, and it was horrible, the check in took so long, because there was only one person on the desk, the bathroom shower made sounds as if the shower head is going to fall off and also there was poop stain in the toilet. The food area was smelly.

Great hotel but VALET IS ROUGH

Many great things about the room and hotel. Room was clean and for most part good; the shower door handle was about to fall off but it didn’t ruin anything. The complimentary drinks from 5-7 were great (a slightly heavy pour) but still great. The views were 10/10. It was so cool to see the stadium from the window. It’s within walking distance to basically everything too. Only negative is valet parking. $45 overnight seems a little high but okay; but it took about 30-40 minutes to get the car, even with completing the cell phone request early before check out. So total closer to a 1 hour wait in reality.

Nice if looking for downtown stay. Awkward trying to find front desk as it’s in the top floor of building shared with an office building. So that was a little confusing at first. You can tell it’s been a while since they have updated things. While still modern, several things in room was showing wear and tear and shower could use a deeper scrub at grout areas and re-grouted and seemed a bit scummy. Staff were super friendly though and fun views of the city.

I like that the staff was friendly and polite. I also like the size of the room as well as the buffet breakfast. Something I did not like was that the air conditioner filter was a little dirty. Another thing that I like is that the Hotel is pet-friendly.

If you like a hotel where the staff doesn’t give a crap, half the items in your room don’t work, the ac will not turn down far enough to keep the humidity out of the room and you can watch homeless people and drug deals right outside the entrance then this is your place. And all for $300 a night. If not then a super 8 would be better.
