The hotel is clean and several amenities to offer. The Bistro and Bar are a nice touch. I would have rated a perfect score except we did not have any hot water. We couldn't shower before leaving, because it was so cold. I told the front desk gentleman, when checking out, and he said oh yeah sorry about that. Then proceeded to tell me that I'm all set.

We drove 5.5 hours from NY and specifically picked this hotel for hot tub and it wasn’t working and staff was rude with no concerns or answers. As well as our shower head was broken, more water came out of bath part than shower head itself. Terrible experience at this hotel.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy Parking was free and easy Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was cold but the rooms were warm. Nice bar and restaurant and starbucks is in the hotel. Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium
