The east-facing backyard is ideal for shade in the afternoons. Boat dock with a ladder for kids to jump off the roof into 10-14ft deep water. Bring your boat or rent one. It's a 5-minute boat ride to the dam for the smoothest water, ideal for skiing, surfing, and tubing. Incredible fishing as well!

3BR/2BA, 2,200 sq. ft. with a very functional and open floor plan. The home features wood flooring throughout and 10-foot ceilings, which makes the space feel even more spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need. Large, newly renovated master bath with walk-in shower and plenty of storage for all your suitcases and belongings while visiting. The massive outdoor deck is perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
