The night shift front desk (Cherryl) is awesome

The night shift front desk (Cherryl) is unbelievably awesome. After a frustrating day dealing with U-haul, we couldn't make it to the hotel that we originally booked and decided to book a hotel nearby. And Cherryl is literally the angel for us on the day. She patiently explain how we could park our U-haul with a trailer, greet us with warm words and some complimentary water bottles and cookies. She made our day much better and I would definitely give her 6 out of 5 if I could.

Great location for catching concerts at Concord Pavilion. Very impressed with the friendly staff, modern room and cleanliness. Had a great night of sleep. A lot of options at breakfast — yogurts, waffles, eggs, bagels, etc. — and it was well stocked.
