Could be great with a few improvements

This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. The unit itself was great with lots of space and everything we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. All of the pools seemed to have less than pristine water in them as well, and one of us fell on the slippery stairs once causing a minor injury.

Spacious apartment right on the water!

We loved our stay here: 1) View -- right on the ocean 2) Spacious apartment -- lots of bedrooms and bathrooms 3) Location -- very close to Paracas (note we had a rental car -- would not recommend if using public transport) 4) Value -- cost less than high end hotels in town 5) Owner -- very responsive to questions and when we had issues (well organized too) 6) Clean and Outfitted -- Had the basics you expect from an apartment rental

un buen sitio para descansar y relajarse

El departamento es muy comodo y el dueño muy amable. Esta bien equipado asi que no hace falta llevar nada, igual si falta algo hay un pequeño market en el condominio. lo unico malo es que eramos un grupo grande y por reglas del condominio no nos permitieron usar 2 sombrillas a pesar que estaban vacias

seré breve todo muy bien las instalaciones, la limpieza y cada uno de los ambientes pero si un comentario que escapa a uds. el servicio de transporte abusan de los turistas y eso desencanta debe ver un filtro para alejar tanto a los taxistas como jaladores son una pesadilla
