Located on the 3rd floor with lift in the Rio Falzè residential complex and consists of entrance, living room with dining area and sofa/relaxation zone, small kitchen, large covered balcony with a splendid mountain view, 2 double bedrooms of which one with complete "en suite" bathroom, 2nd bathroom with shower. The property is completed by a parking space in the garage and a ski equipment cupboard. It also has a laundry room with shared washing machine.
