The Prestige Residence was born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. The three-room RIVA apartment on the GROUND floor has an open space with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven and gas hob, as well as a TV corner and sofa bed. The living room leads to the external courtyard with a small garden, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to enjoy time outdoors. The sleeping area consists of 1 main bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom for 2 guests has a bridge bed complete with wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and just 10 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port which is now the seat of the Marine Protected Area of the same name \" Torre del Cerrano \". The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, also to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. The apartment is air conditioned.
