The Residence Holiday Rendez Vous was born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. Apartment 3, on the GROUND floor, has an independent entrance and a garden equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to enjoy time outdoors. At the entrance of the three-room apartment there is an open space with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, as well as a TV corner and sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 1 main bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sand beach, and just 10 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area of the same name \" Torre del Cerrano \". The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, Wi-Fi connection included, and to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. The apartment is air conditioned. Internal parking or garage are available on request, for a fee.
