☀ The Swiss-style home has three nicely decorated bedrooms. Two have queen-sized beds downstairs, and one has a king-sized bed upstairs. There are two bathrooms, and one has a big tub for soaking. However, be careful with the flat white paint if you have children.

☀ It's a calm and peaceful place for grown-ups with light wood floors. The walls are white, and there are natural coverings, comfy places to sit, and nice accessories. The cozy fireplace makes it even more inviting.

☀ This place is really comfy and has everything you need. The kitchen is modern and has everything for cooking. The beds have soft, organic sheets. You also get WiFi, TV, video games, and awesome views.

☀Sacred Space is situated on the sunny side of the mountain, providing the perfect opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking views that make Pine Mountain Club so special. The wraparound deck is a tranquil spot to relax and soak in the beautiful nature. The outdoor area is equipped with luxurious furnishings for lounging and dining. You can savor a delicious BBQ with steaks, chicken, or fish. Take delight in the two-person sauna or simply be amazed by the stunning sunsets and starlit nights from your private deck, all while sipping your favorite wine.

☀ Guests have access to the entire property and access to Pine Mountain Club amenities, which include golf, tennis, and swimming. There is a guest access card needed to use these amenities. Please treat this card carefully (as if it were your personal identification card). There is a $150 fee to replace the card, which is not an easy task to complete.

Welcome to this Happy Humanity Homestay - Sacred Space Arhat A-Frame. Please be aware that this is a self-check-in property. You certify that you are able and willing to follow the instructions you are being provided to ensure a pleasant and delightful stay. You also agree that you will not contact your host before reading the house rules/guidebook. Note: at time of your booking you agreed to these house rules. It is our intention that you enjoy the Pine Mountain Club experience.

Pine 🌲 Mountain Club is located in the middle of the beautiful Los Padres National Forest in a deep valley of the San Emigdio Mountains where fire danger ⚠️can be high.

1. There is a “NO SHOES” Rule in the home. Please take your shoes off at the entrance of home.

2. Our short term rental vacation home welcomes children of all ages. The safety and security of minors is the full responsibility of the parents and or guardians at all times. Never leave children unattended on the property. EVER! All children must be supervised at all times inside and outside the house. We have wildlife, bears, bobcats, and other mountain animals. It is your responsibility to keep your children and animals safe. Please be mindful.

3. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and visitors) from the property without refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a $50 per guest fine will be charged.

4. For security purposes and transparency, there are cameras on the outside of the house - Ring doorbell camera at entrance and Nature Cameras for the outside of the house. These are always on. There are no cameras on the inside of the property.

5. For the safety of all guests, visitors, and residents of Pine Mountain Club, please be aware that the speed limit on all PMC roads is 25 MPH except the short section up to the Transfer Site and Equestrian Center (15 MPH).

6. Please drive slowly to avoid hitting wild animals, horses/riders, and pedestrians.

7. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles at Focus on Love House, 4 vehicles at the Yes, And Family Fun in the Mountains house, 3 vehicles at the Sacred Space House, and 4 vehicles at the Joy House have been arranged for you. There is NO street parking in Pine Mountain Club. Street parking is subject to fines by the PMCHOA.

8. Pets and family animals will be welcomed with an additional fee. For up to two animals, please let the host know in advance otherwise, if not informed, the dog fee will be applied. We have cameras outside. If we find out after we have brought a pet, you will be responsible for the pet fee. No pets off-leash outside of the home are allowed at Aleutian Drive. Period. Please note: A fine by PMCHOA may be incurred by guests.

9. As service animals are not pets, they are of course welcome to stay on the property with the humans they assist. Please inform the host when making a reservation and be aware that an additional cleaning fee may be required.
