Welcome to our charming Sleeping cottage that may be small in size, but brims with character. Inside, you'll find a 32-inch TV, Wi-Fi, a cozy sitting chair, and a convenient cabinet. Stay warm during winter with the mini fireplace, and during summer, enjoy the electric kettle, French press, and coffee cups. For your comfort, the main house shower is available upon request during the winter months. Parking next to the cottage. The address is 24216 Hinckley Rd. Pine City Minnesota. After you turn in the driveway take the first left follow the road keep right at the fork until you pass the back of the main house. Park on the grass on the other side the tiny cottage off the road so not to block it for other guests. Enjoy!

Situated just 3 miles from the interstate, our retreat offers the tranquility of a state park while being conveniently accessible. Prepare to be mesmerized by the stunning grounds featuring rolling hills, towering white pines, and a variety of deciduous trees. Immerse yourself in nature's beauty with ponds and trails scattered throughout. Discover an abundance of flowers and wildlife that call this haven home.

If you need additional parking let us know! Feel free to enjoy the trails throughout the property just be mindful of the shop area and other cottages are likely occupied so be mindful of other guests privacy.

Feel free to utilize the shared outdoor fridge located at the back of the home. For your exclusive enjoyment, we provide a fire pit, picnic table, and propane grill. Inside the cottage, you'll find an electric kettle, French press, and a selection of coffee and teas. The cabinet holds wine glasses, cups, plates, silverware, and everything you need for cooking on your private grill. Across the road, behind the cottage, you'll find a rustic outhouse with a bucket shower, soaps, and your own private camping toilet! During the summer months, there's a freshwater spigot available next to the refrigerator at the back of the house. Please note, we kindly request no cats.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we have the following additional rules regarding pets: We accept up to two dogs under 20lbs only Please register your pets at the time of booking to make appropriate accommodations. Pets must be on a leash at all times and please clean up after them. For their safety, pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the cottage due to its small size. In addition, any pets that will be accompanying you must be mentioned at the time of booking and added to the booking form. There is a prepaid fee which will be added. If this rule is ignored extra charges will apply. [Smoking is not permitted inside or outside of this property, if you plan to smoke please do it in your car and we kindly ask you not to litter.] and NO cannabis or drugs ever. Evidence of use will result in fines and early checkout. Sorry for the inconvenience.
