Our post Antartica stay

The folks at the hotel bent over backwards to help us find restaurants, our way back to Buenos Aires and in general made us feel at home. Although not a 5 star hotel the caring of the staff made it a great place to stay. The hotel rooms were not large but the pool area was nice and the breakfast was nice. Would highly recommend.

El hotel en general es bueno. Su personal es muy atento y educado. El mantenimiento es bueno. Cuenta con buena cochera y áreas de esparcimiento. El jacuzzi no funcionaba. Él sauna muy bien. La caja de seguridad de la habitación estaba cerrada, pedimos que la abran para poder utilizarla pero nunca lo solucionaron. Yo recomendaría cambiar los acolchados de las camas porque lucen gastados y arrugados y agregar almohadas ya que las camas cuentan con una sola y muy finita lo cual no es cómodo a la hora de recostarse a leer o mirar televisión o simplemente dormir con una almohada más alta. La ubicación es excelente junto a la playa y a dos cuadras del centro

Todo muy bien... Mucha cordialidad y buena atención en general... solo que debimos pedir que nos cambien las toallas y aún así no nos las cambiaron el último día... Además faltó claridad acerca de los servicios y lo que incluía la estadía a la hora de hacer el ingreso al hotel (uso de spa, duchas y piscina). Pero todo redunda en experiencia... es altamente recomendable.
