Super clean Hotel and smells good. Biggest issue is that the Elevator is SUPER SLOW, also parking lot is small and tight spaces... not good for large vehicles, no cameras in parking lot, someone hit and scraped the bumper of my truck and no camera to see if it had happened on the property.

Truly an amazing property and the staff makes it even better! The Hotel is clean, it is close to everything! They have a coffee and drinks station that’s 24 hours! Georgia from the Front desk is truly a star! She made our stay!!!

It was a old motel converted to a best western they didn’t do the greatest remodel job the bathroom paint was peeling and it was tight not enough towels ask for more once you check in also get more shampoo tiny bottle given in room

Room was in good condition but could have used a little more attention to details. TV channels were not programmed and had to be reset. West stairwell can use some updating. Good location around attractions and restaurants.

We had a great visit. Check in was very easy, breakfast was convenient and well stocked, location was in a good spot to travel to any local attraction. Will stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was good .The hotel was adequately clean. Did not like that we had to ask for clean towels three days into our stay. Main dislike was the parking area. It was small and very tight with big SUVs, trucks and the big pillars holding up one end of the building. Location was fine. Probably won't stay here again

Got to the hotel at 2:40 and the woman at the front desk told me to come back in 40 minutes because check in was at 3:00. I think she just did not want to be bothered because she was talking on the phone. If the room wasn't ready I would understand but she did not even look.

Nice hotel in the middle of everything! Breakfast was pretty good, the staff were all super nice & everything was clean & updated. Parking was a little more difficult than I would have liked.

I told the front desk associate I had a child with a disability and she put us at the end of the hall, which made travel more difficult. There was a spider in the room I killed, and a hole in the wall by the air conditioning, otherwise the room was ok. Walls are a little thin, air conditioner was good, water pressure was good, bed wasn’t great, breakfast was ok, same thing every morning. There is no pool and parking is very tight. Honestly the parking here might be the most annoying thing, but staff is nice. Overall I’d stay again at the right price.

Property was clean and served its purpose. I was surprised it was a 3 star as the 2.5 that I stayed at was a bigger space and a nicer property in my opinion. Nothing wrong w the hotel just expected more of a 3 star than was there
