The room and hotel are very clean. The beds were a little firmer than I prefer but that's nothing against the hotel. Our room didn't feel cramped even with 4 people staying in it. They had a great free breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was delicious! The handicapped parking was very convenient for my husband. The parking lot feels safe with all the lighting. It is very close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We would definitely recommend staying there!!

The room was good. It was clean and good for a day or 2 stay. We were not impressed with the staff. They were not rude, they were just "there". The room staff were very nice.
