It was a good experience, the location where the hotel is perfect to get to all attractions quickly, the staff is friendly, they hear you and make your stay comfortable. Overall next time I visit pigeon Forge I will be staying at this hotel.

Was very disappointed in this stay the hotel was very outdated and dirty. I found hair in the bed also had blood on the ceiling above the bed the light shade, the wall, and a little on the bed. The refrigerator took forever to get cold. The heat or air did not work the best the bathroom light did not work at all, and the phone in the room did not work at all. I felt very unsafe staying with my children I had booked the place for a full weekend, but checked out after the first night. Also, the breakfast was horrible. They did not have much and it was like knock off brand Swiss rolls and bagels.

Property is located up a large hill giving stunning views. Breakfast offered was simple- cereal, coffee , plastic wrapped pastries and frozen sausage biscuits. Coffee in room was horrible. King bed was very comfortable. Shower was a single head shower nothing fancy. No refrigerator or microwave.
