Staff was very disrespectful and unhelpful with complaints her water running all night long guessing room next-door, extremely loud all night, long and all day long very outdated guest manager was rude when I made a complaint about the issues that I was having didn’t offer no compensation or no results told me it’s a family hotel, What do you want us to do about it.

When booked-it included breakfast, upon arrival was informed that a recent policy change eliminated breakfast except on weekends. I asked for a bill adjustment to reflect loss of the included service and was denied. My wife asked to speak with a manager with same result. Room was very clean, but facility is very old.

Mold in the coffee maker in the room, no coffee downstairs, pool was murky and unclean, mold in the bathroom around the tub and shower curtain, refrigerator was broken and leaking. It seemed one thing after another it was highly disappointing.

The rooms are adjoining so you hear everything from the rooms next to you on either side plus the hallway! The room was older but clean, reminded me of a motel 6 that was in good condition. Once off the elevator the smell of marijuana was strong (disgusting). For a family hotel, it was disappointing. Our stay was fine, but we will not stay there again.

The hotel furnishings were out of date and worn..The beds were extremely uncomfortable on metal frames which were noisy because of the squeaking. The bathroom light and fan were not covered leaving exposed wires etc.

I was told the room was good for 3 people. Nope that wasn’t the case. We asked for an extra pillow for my daughter. We were told if they had any they would bring one up. That never happened. The tube had mold in it also. The mattress for the queen bed was junk.

This was not the best hotel. The rooms look out dated and a little grungy. I checked out at 4:30 am and then go a message at 3pm asking if I needed to extend my stay. The tv continued to attempt to load due to poor signal so couldn’t watch tv and I called and asks for more pillows and blankets and they said sure, but never came with them so I slept uncomfortable all night. Not to mention the slide does NOT look stable. I watched a a kid almost fly off of it.

We use to really like this place. I now realize we were just lucky not to he next to someone. The walls are super thin. You can hear conversion from the next room. I even spoke back to calmly to let them know and they quieted down. Im sure it surprised them as well to hear my voice. The kitchen and pool are the best amenities here. Breakfast is only served Sat and Sun now. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I barely slept at all.
