Honestly, the worst Margaritaville property I’ve stayed at to date. Staff was unwilling or unable to fix the issue that we had. Barely got a “sorry for the issue.” No partial refund, no solution offered. They were more than happy to let us check out and go somewhere else. We left a day early. The only good thing about this place was the pool area. Would not recommend !

I like the pool for the kids & the breakfast buffet & the bar, of course. Conviently located close to the Island & other activities. We enjoyed our stay there wasn't anything that I didn't like.

This property is so beautiful and absolutely immaculate. Most of the staff was AMAZING, but they definitely need more help in the restaurant during busy hours. Overall we had an amazing stay and will hopefully be back soon.

10 star rating if possible. Very clean and staff was very tentative. Pool was well kept both inside and out and my kids loved the game room that available near the lobby. Definitely would come back as a family or just me and my husband alone. Thank you for an amazing stay.
