Very cool and fun stay

This hotel was just excellent. A beautiful location, bright and colorful and modern. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were amazing at keeping it continually stocked up. The pool areas are truly impressive. Multiple pools, an indoor pool, hot tub and a lazy river. My nephews had a blast. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and for anyone wanting to stay at a cool clean fun hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were amazing the amenities were awesome. The bed and pillows were comfortable easy access to and from the hotel to the strip. My family enjoyed everything the breakfast was ok but that’s expected at any hotel it was free couldn’t really complain. Best hotel in Pigeon Forge.

Quick Family Get A Way

We had the perfect weather and the stay was amazing. The location was exactly on point. My family had a wonderful time. There was so much to do there just at the hotel. We really didn't have to leave unless we wanted to. The kids loved the indoor pool.

The rooms were nice and clean- ice was always available the lobby was staffed with helpers and the drinks were a bit pricey but very good! The heated pools were the best part! My grandchildren preferred them to going to Dollywood- lol

The hotel was nice, but the parking is a little bit atrocious, which is not very reasonable. The restaurant value paid was more like eating at an Applebee’s with zero service. Not really sure what this brand is trying to be, and certainly would not return. Tried to give a survey on another website and never received any sort of satisfaction with management probably because they’re so new.

Beautiful place to stay for our annual family visit to Pigeon Forge. Helpful and friendly staff, spotless room and property, great common areas, excellent breakfast. They even had a great indoor pool area for our grandkids. This was the nicest hotel visit we have experienced in years. We will be returning!
