Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave the cottage UNLOCKED with the key on the kitchen counter or on the key ring holder by the bathroom door. All dishes should be washed in put away. Nothing left in sink.
Please leave comforters on beds as you found them and blankets folded at foot of bed.
Please be sure to place all trash in sealed garbage bags in the barrels. There is no recycling so EVERYTHING must be bagged. You can use either or both trash barrels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

All trash must be sealed and bagged in one of the 2 trash barrels provided. Do NOT throw loose bottles, etc. b/c our trash collector won't take it.
Please try to limit water use by limited toilet flushes, showers, etc. Our septic is fragile and 10 feet from the kitchen door.
No motorboats are allowed but feel free to bring a paddleboard or kayak. Also no camping on site or RV's allowed.

This was a perfect lake getawat. We wanted to fish and sit vy the water and thats what we did for the week. The lake was clean and it was nice to have the paddle boat and row boat to take out on the water. The porch was perfect for playing games on when it was dark outside. The house was big enough for our family of 5 and a dog. I would definitely recommend this cottage. We didnt go anywhere but it is about 40 or so minutes to area attractions.
