In many respects this should get a 5***** review, as the attention to detail and all the little extras are just superb. But it was all a little too much for me. And please, the gravel drive doesn’t work with heavy wheeled suitcases.

We stayed overnight in Queen Charlotte room, beautiful setup with everything ready to use. Fridge was filled ready for our breakfast, fresh fruits and cookies for your afternoon tea too. Very disappointing and not what we had hoped for. It was described as a “luxury” B&B and it was seriously lacking. A do it yourself breakfast set up to poach your own eggs and a coffee make that didn’t work.
