It has 5 beautifully styled bedrooms, the ones on the top floor with access to a large balcony with a lovely view of the green Istrian scenery. There is also an entertainment room with a built-in barbecue, as well as a pool table, darts, and gym equipment. The open concept ground floor features a spacious living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing a seamless flow into the outdoor area.

The large garden provides you with a lot of space to enjoy and share lovely moments with family and friends. Relax on one of the loungers distributed over the generous space around the swimming pool or sit back on the comfortable patio set. Excellent sejour en Istrie

La villa est surperbe, tres grande et tres fonctionnelle. Tout y est bien pensé. Tres belle piscine a débordement et jolie vue. Lits très grands et très confortables. Chambres Climatisées. Et au sous sol une grande salle de jeux ( billard) et de muscu. Seul bemol : la 5e chambre n est accessible qu en passant par la 4e ( qui est assez petite) Ce ne fut pas gênant pour nous mais c est à savoir . Par ailleurs l istrie est tres belle. Je recommande vivement un sejour a la villa pedena
