Great holiday in a lovely Villa in a great area

Well equipped for outdoor living, with 2 pools and floodlit tennis court. very comprehensive BBQ area with pizza oven and access to beer tap ( extra to be connected for ) Great bedrooms but living area cramped if more than 5/6 - but then you wouldn't go t be inside. Kitchen area and equipment not quite up to the standard of the rest of the villa It is in a small collection of houses - a hamlet rather than a village and close to the local road, which is good fr getting to places, but the background noise does detract from the feel of blissful and peaceful isolation. Istria is beautiful; and the people genuinely helpful and friendly despite the obvious language barriers. We will be back

Lovely rural cottahe

We spent a lovely week late August 2019 at this property. The owner Irena was lovely, spoke good English and was quick to respond to our queries. She left half way through our week and her brother in law was then our main contact, but he lives a bit further away in Rovinj. This was our only issue- we had several issues with fuses blowing and spent a night without air con and a day without hot water due to a fault in the water heating. It was all addressed by the owners, but it would have been better to have one of them on site that day to reassure us that all was in hand, and possibly a small financial compensation to recognise the inconvenience we had. But overall, we were very happy with it, and would highly recommend it as a quiet rural luxury villa.

Eine super Unterkunft für große Gruppen

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 7 jungen Erwachsenen und haben 1 Woche Urlaub gemacht. Trotz dessen dass wir leider schlechtes Wetter hatten, hat die Unterkunft viel geboten, einen beheizbaren Pool, das musste nur einmal kommuniziert werden und nach paar Stunden kam jemand und hat den Pool angemacht, die Heizung hat 1/2 Tage gedauert, dafür war dieser danach sehr angenehm warm. Ein Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht, also ich meine was will man mehr, man kann auch Fußballtennis oder Basketball spielen, also für jeden was dabei. Unsere Favoriten waren Tennis und die kleinen Tore mit zum Pool zunehmen um da paar Spiele zu spielen. Das Haus an sich war auch sehr sauber und geräumig, Platz für bis zu 9/10 Personen sogar. Einmal hatten wir einen Stromausfall aber auch da war innerhalb 2/3 Stunden jemand da und hat es repariert. Alles in einem war der Kontakt sehr angenehm und die Unterkunft wirklich schön. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen und zu den stranden ist es auch nicht weit mit einem mietwagen

Charming stone house

The stay was great, perfect support of our host, house was very clean and the many possibilities for activities (tennis, darts, table soccer) as well as the cooking facilities (barbecue, stone pizza oven) are top! Pool was cleaned twice a week, many terraces around the house to chill in the shade and read. Highly recommended!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren in den Herbstferien mit 2 Familien (8 Personen) und 2 Hunden in dieser traumhaften Villa. Das Haus ist ganz toll hergerichtet, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Außenanlagen mit Tennisplatz, Grill, Pizzaofen und auch der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Spitze!

Das Haus ist ein Traum, fast noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles da, was man braucht. Und wenn mal was nicht geht, schickt Zeljko sofort jemanden. Eine derart besorgte und herzliche Betreuung ist nicht selbstverständlich, nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Sauber und gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und gehegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Toller Familienurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Zajci war einfach toll! Wir konnten früher als geplant Anreisen und durften auch schon direkt ins Haus. Die Zimmer sind alle geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Die Betten waren für alle super bequem. Es gibt sogar 9 Betten plus zwei in einem Nebenraum vom einen Schlafzimmer, sodass sogar 11 Personen dort schlafen könnten. Das Haus ist nicht hellhörig und somit ruhig in der Nacht. Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Vom Tennisplatz der sehr oft genutzt wurde über den Grill (Holz hat es für einen kleinen Aufpreis auch vor Ort) und der Pool einfach alles toll. Schade ist das man umliegend keine schönen Wege hat um mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen und das man bis zum nächsten vernünftigen Supermarkt 20-30min fahren muss. Dennoch würden wir jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen und es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Im großen und ganzen OK

Alles in allem war die Villa ok. Die Aussenküche war Super. Haben lecker Pizza gemacht und gegrillt. Auch Fassbier kann man sich beim Vermieter bestellen. Gab aber nur 20 oder 50 Literfass, daß war uns zuviel. Der Rasen war schon sehr hoch , kam aber leider keiner zum mähen. Spinnweben im Haus und kaputte Tennisschläger, zwei waren aber noch ganz. Die Zimmer waren super mit Insektenschutz. Das Haus liegt ziemlich nahe an einer gut befahrenen Straße und nebenan sind Häuser eins auch mit Hühner . In der Nähe etwa 5 Minuten ist ein kleiner Laden 30 Minuten ein großer Supermarkt. Hatten einen Hund dabei, der konnte aber vom Grundstück laufen. Die Lücken beim Gartentor waren zu Groß. Positive und Negative Sachen sollen nur Feedback für den Vermieter sein keine Kritik.

ein kleines Paradies..

Keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Ein kleines Paradies mit vielen Spielsachen auch und vor allem für Erwachsene. Super Betreuung. Mit sehr viel Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet. Die Aussenküche ist ein Traum für alle die gern mit Feuer kochen… Sicher weiterempfohlen!

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Tolle Villa - gerade für sportliche Familien - mit Tennis und Basketball direkt am Haus und auch mit Flutlicht (und für die weniger sportlichen Dart und Tischfußball). Toller Außenbereich mit Grill und Pizzaofen. Vorhanden, aber von uns nicht genutzt, eine Bierzapfanlage. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge gut, aber ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

Das beste Ferienhaus, das wir jemals hatten!

Nein, der Titel ist nicht übertrieben ;-) Das Haus machte ja schon online einen sehr guten Eindruck, aber in der Realität ist es der Hammer! So viel Platz und so viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu entdecken oder sich hinzusetzen. Die Aussenküche ist toll, mit 2 Kühlschränken, einem Grill (5x benutzt), Pizzaofen (3x benutzt, sogar Holz war dabei!) und das Highlight ist natürlich, dass man auf Wunsch (und gegen BEzahlung) ein Bierfass bekommt und frischgezapftes Bier genießen kann :-) Der Pool ist topgepflegt und sehr sauber, genauso wie die Steinterasse um den Pool und die 8 Liegen sind sehr bequem. Besonders gut hat mir auch gefallen, dass es 4 Parkplätze gab, 2 davon unter einem Carport mit elektrischem Rolltor und dass ich mein Elektroauto dort (gegen Erstattung der Stromkosten) laden konnte! Alles ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus wurde liebevoll vor ein paar Jahren restauriert und ist sehr gemütlich. Mein besonderer Dank geht an die Verwalterin Irena, die mit ihrer netten und unkomplizierten Art den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat! Check-In und -Out waren so etwas von locker und einfach! Ich bereue etwas, diese Bewertung geschrieben zu haben, da sie es bestimmt nicht einfacher macht, das Haus in den nächsten Jahren noch einmal zu buchen, weil die Nachfrage dadruch bestimmt nicht sinkt ;-)

Tolles Haus, tolle Ausstattung, tolle Betreuung

Das Haus hat der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen zu 100% entsprochen. Es war auch die komplette Aussattung für alle Aktivitäten am Grundstück vorhanden: Tennisschläger und -bälle, Dartpfeile, Basketball, Liegen und Hollywoodschaukel am Pool, Markisen etc. In der Outdoorküche: Holz und Werkzeug für Grill und Pizzaofen, Pizzateller, 2 Kühlschränke etc. Das Grundstück bietet vier verschiedene Sitz-/ Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Freien, so dass es auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt, wenn jemand mal ein bisschen Ruhe für sich haben möchte. Die Zimmer und das Haus insgesamt sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir waren 2 Familien - je 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Hier ist die Zimmereinteilung interessant: Im OG des Hauses gibt es ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten (1 Einzel-, 1 Stockbett; dieses haben wir als Kinderzimmer genutzt), ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett + 2 Extrabetten in einem abgeteilten Raum der zu einer eigenen Terrasse führt (dieses Zimmer hat eine Familie zu viert genutzt). Im EG gibt es dann noch ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, das allerdings nur von außen begehbar ist (also nicht vom Wohnbereich im Haus, sondern quasi Tür an Tür). Dieser Raum blieb bei uns ungenutzt, er hätte sich zB für noch ein Paar (ohne Kinder) geeignet. Alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche direkt aus dem Raum heraus begehbar. Die Hausbesorgerin hat uns sehr gut versorgt mit sämtlichen Infos und Tipps über Istrien (sie arbeitet auch als Reiseführerin) und war jederzeit erreichbar und binnen 10 Minuten im Haus, falls wir etwas benötigten oder eine Frage hatten. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Wunderschönes liebevoll restauriertes istrisches Steinhaus mit riesigem Grundstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Platz für die ganze Großfamilie, diverse Sportmöglichkeiten am Haus. Tennis, Basketball, Tischkicker, großer Poolbereich. Top Aussenküche mit Grill, Zapfanlage und Kühlschrank!! Spaziergänge oder Joggen direkt vom Haus wunderbar in der unberührten Natur. Strände, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermarkt etc. mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (5- 20 min). Super netter Vermieter mit einer sehr lieben Schwägerin und einem sehr schönen Restaurant in Rovinj. Danke euch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Noch schöner als erwartet

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Zajci! Das Haus ist sehr groß und bis ins letzte Detail toll eingerichtet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Dank der tollen Außenküche mit Schutzwand kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut draußen sitzen:) Die Gastgeber stehen einem gerne zur Verfügung und empfehlen auch schöne Orte der Umgebung:) Um den Test für die Rückreise hat sich die Vermieterin gekümmert und hat alles super funktioniert. Danke für die tolle Zeit!
