Questo hotel non può essere venduto, è assolutamente indecoroso. Non utilizzerò mai più il vostro portale per prenotare camere e soggiorni. Ci hanno dato una tripla per una prenotazione di 3 adulti + un ragazzo di 11 anni. La camera e l'albergo sono una vera schifezza. Vergognatevi.

Stanza grande, ma moquette molto sporca/macchiata. La stanza era troppo calda e sebbene avessi staccato il termoconvettore continuava ad emettere calore. La vasca da bagno era senza tappo e la doccia aveva poca pressione. Poche prese e mal disposte. Una lampada sul comodino non si accendeva. TV troppo piccola e troppo lontana dal letto. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e cambiati ogni giorno, ok. Letto rifatto e stanza pulita ogni giorno Ok.

MAI PIU'

MAI PIU'. soltanto il personale posso salvare. Dalla hall sembrava bello, ma subito dopo entrato nella camera.. puzza incredibile della Moquette , si sentiva anche la polvere, sporco per terra sopratutto dientro la tenda, un bel insetto spiaccicato sul soffitto (soffitto pieno di muffa e rotto) , piastrelle del bagno rotto, parete rovinata e bucata, presa elettrica rotta (ma funzionante), wifi inesistente. SONO RIMASTO A DORMIRE PERCHE' LE LENZUOLA E LA BIACHERIA SEMBRAVANO PULITE. non voglio parlare della colazione e del luogo dove viene effettuata. no comment.

Struttura non segnalata lungo il percorso stradale neanche nei pressi in Pianoro . Hall gradevole e luminosa , personale ricevimento nello standard , gentile si ma poco attento nel dare informazioni poichè incomplete ( ascensore che và dal garage in camera ma dalla camera non và in garage - omessa informazione ) . Camera orrenda , porta del bagno svirgolata e non si può chiudere , luci comodini senza plafoniere con le lampadine a vista e fastidiose . Prezzo molto conveniente ... forse per questo ci hanno data la camera peggiore , credo , dell'hotel .

Buono il prezzo sul resto si può lavorare

Praticamente ci ho solo dormito senza usare nessun servizio . Problemi con ascensore quotidiani impossibile sbarcare nel garage ( sia al arrivo che al ritorno ho dovuto tirami su i bagaglio ) io non fumo e nel entrare in camera c’era sempre un forte odore di fumo . Il prezzo ottimo ha mitigato questi disagi .

The hôtel was like in the description. No surprises on That point. But there was a wedding the night we booked the room. We didn’t slept at all. Insonorisation is bad and people were very noisy (but, right it’s A wedding). The thing is, if they told us we could change our plans and find a quiet hôtel. We are travelling a lot those days and we really need to rest. We only slept 5 hours. So we ask from you a total refund of the room price. notte da dimenticare

bella posizione facilmente raggiungibile, bagni puliti, personale gentilissimo e buona wi-fi. Peccato che i muri siano così sottili che si sente tutto, per non parlare dell'arredamento vecchio , rovinato e quasi assente, neppure le luci funzionavano..e per finire passa pure il treno li vicino ma le finestre non sono insonorizzate. notte da dimenticare

Purtroppo è una triste realtà. Se fanno pagare tanto avranno clienti arrabbiati, se fanno pagare poco, non escono dalla crisi. Ci vuole investire, ma non credo che valga la scommessa.

Pessimo ed insicuro

Manutenzione pressoché inesistente, dormivamo con la paura che ci cadesse il controsofgitto addosso, mentre la seconda notte pioveva in bagno Moquette lavata forse 10 anni fa, in generale la pulizia ordinaria niente da dire, cameriera gentile e sorridente.

L'albergo non sarebbe male ma necessita di molta manutenzione, la piscina sporca senza ricircolo acqua, lo scivolo inagibile, gli ascensori cigolano e preoccupano un po', mancando anche i previsti cartellini per la revisione. Cattivo odore dalla moquette del piano e anche quella della camera. Mi spiace, ma non è allo standard al quale mi ha abituato expedia.
