Great Customer Service

I travel extensively for work and Italy is not easy to navigate as a native English speaker. Rita was very kind and helpful and made my stay in Italy memorable. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, peaceful and super kind!

Beautiful memory and comfortableness. Room is so clean, spacious and surroundings are peaceful and carlm. Bird singing in the morning with fresh air. Easy to move to the downtown of bologna ( 45min by train / bus ). Humble but fresh clean breakfast.i Especially, Rita, the host is super kind and hearty!

L´albergo Da Mario è un piccolo albergo molto accogliente, pulito in una zona tranquilla (Pianoro) e in macchina 15 min distante da Bologna. La proprietaria Rita è una persona molto simpatica che fa in modo che l´ospite si sente quasi parte dell´albergo famigliare. Posso raccomandare a tutti questo hotel e quando torno a Bologna (Pianoro), prenoterò qua la mia camera, senza dubbi! Grazie di tutto.

Un buon hotel, personale simpatico, professionali e sempre disponibili, servizi buoni. Unico neo c'è poca manutenzione (nella mia camera c'era l'abat-jour penzoloni, una presa elettrica idem ed in bagno il rubinetto gocciolava). Nel complesso dormito bene e sicuramente ci tornerei.

Un hotel leggermente datato, ma all'interno di un paesino come Pianoro si integra perfettamente. Il bar annesso con gli anziani del paese e la gentilezza del gestore ti fanno sentire come a casa

The hotel is 30 min. to city center but big part of road has no traffic because you are using forest and village ways. The hotel is very clean, the persons are very interested, frienly, smiley and friendship. I stongly advise this hotel to everybody if you have car. The location is green and silent. Near to hotel there is Tranquilla Restaurant “massimino” they are very delicious. Thank you for her prefer.Grazie mile a Mrs.Rita per tutti.
