Great property, awesome view
Directions to the unit were clear, we found the property easily. The 3 km road leading to it from the main road is incredibly narrow most of the time but even with traffic it is doable. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen items, washer, dishwasher. Our host even provided a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce and a bottle of wine. Wifi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. I can highly recommend this place to anyone.

Peaceful holiday enjoying an amazing view of lake Como !
As a family (including a grand mother who happily joined us for the trip) we thouroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat which has everything you need. Kids can play around without you being worried (the property is gated) while you are enjoying a book on the terrace which has an amazing view of lake Como. You can go to the restaurant close by where you can also swim in the lake (although we have only tried as it was too cold). You are close to Menaggio where you can take a boat to Como and Bellagio etc.

Escale dépaysante.
Trop court séjour aux abords du lac de Côme. Agréable logement avec vue sur celui-ci. Certes, la route est étroite mais c'est le cas sur la très grande majorité des voies qui jalonnent l'endroit. L'appartement est bien équipé, très confortable et nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous recommandons sans réserves.

Die Wohnung ist super und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage oberhalb des Sees bietet ein tolles Panorama. Ein Auto ist aber erforderlich.

Eine tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Da die Wohnung bereits auf den Bildern gut aussah, waren wir wirklich sehr gespannt und wurden positiv überrascht, sodass wir den Aufenthalt in dieser modern eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen haben. Es ist alles Nötige vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Als sehr vorteilhaft empfanden wir, dass die Wohnung auch bei den zum Teil sehr hohen Außentemperaturen immer angenehm kühl geblieben ist. Die Abwicklung verlief absolut problemlos und sehr freundlich. Viele Dank!

Tolle Wohnung - wunderbare Landschaft
Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine Fußbodenheizung, ein geräumiges Bad mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche. Ein Highlight ist der begehbare Kleiderschrank in einem der zwei Schlafzimmer, ein zweites Highlight der Ausblick vom Lounge Bereich (Achtung, außen zwei Treppen aufwärts gehen). Hell ist die Wohnung auch. Eigentlich ist die ganze Wohnung ein Highlight. Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Wichtig ist, dass man über Gelassenheit und PS Stärke am Auto besitzt, da ein eher sportliches (längeres) Fahrzeug mit Frontspoiler einige Probleme hat die steile und am Tor enge Auffahrt zu nehmen. Kommst Du mit einem Fahrradanhänger, Bitte vor der Auffahrt alles abmontieren und auch die Anhängerkupplung einfahfren. Wichtig! Rückwärts ausfahren! Besser ist es nach Bergamo oder Mailand zu fliegen und ein möglichst kleines Fahrzeug zu mieten. Dann gibt es am Comer See weniger Probleme die engen Straßen zu nehmen und auch die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz am Appartement sollte dann eher kein Problem sein. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben die Woche in dem Haus und am See genossen, unfallfrei.

Neue Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung war neu (September 2021)- wir waren die ersten Gäste. Der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung war sehr gut: Geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich in einer Ferienwohnung erwarte. Die Wohnküche war weiträumig, die Schlafzimmer groß genug und das Bad so groß, dass ich fast neidisch werden könnte. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss am Hang, daher gibt es Fenster nur auf der Ost-Seite. Draußen hatten wir auch einen großen Tisch und Stühle, den Grill haben wir Ende September aber nicht mehr angeworfen. Von der Terasse vor der Wohnung hat man nicht den uneingeschränkten Blick auf den See, wie von der Sonnen-Terasse. Für diese muss man eine Treppe (zwei Etagen) nach oben – wird dort aber mit viel Sonne und einem herrlichen Ausblick belohnt – zum Ausspannen ideal. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine bequeme Couch und einen 65-Zoll-TV. Dazu kommt der große Esstisch und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Dort gab es neben Wasserkocher, Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine und einem großen Espressokanne sogar eine kleine Teekanne. Gut für alle Tee-Trinker: das Wasser ist sehr weich, man kann damit auch hochwertige Tees genießen. Pianello di Lario ist einer der ruhigen Orte am Comer See - Touristisch noch nicht wirklich erschlossen und der Durchgangsverkehr geht durch einen Tunnel. Es ist also sehr ruhig und ursprünglich. Von der Wohnung an den See geht es zu Fuß über schmale Gassen und Treppen nach unten - in 10 Minuten ist man an der Anlegestelle, zurück dauert es aber etwas länger. Eine kleine Bäckerei und einen Mini-Supermarkt hat Pianello auch, für den größeren Einkauf muss man dann aber schon etwas weiter fahren. Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung an nichts gefehlt - wir konnten unseren Urlaub einfach nur genießen.
